All payments made for digital products, subscriptions, consultations, AI-assisted services, or any other Services offered by AlmostZero.io (operated by TwoEpic Ventures) are strictly non-refundable. No refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or credits shall be issued for any digital subscription or service, whether partially used, fully used, or not used at all, once access has been granted to the platform, dashboard, tools, tutorials, or expert support.
Our services are digital and operate on a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) model. Once you receive access to: • The dashboard, AI tools, or platform • Strategy, audit, or onboarding consultation • Any creative or written deliverable — our team has already invested time, infrastructure, and expertise. As such, refunds are not feasible. Users are responsible for evaluating whether the service meets their requirements before completing payment.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@almostzero.io at least 72 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Until then, you retain access to all subscribed features.
Users agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through their bank, card issuer, or payment gateway without first contacting AlmostZero.io support. If a chargeback is initiated after receiving access to the Services, we reserve the right to: • Immediately suspend or terminate the account • Recover all chargeback fees and administrative costs • Initiate legal proceedings for recovery of damages
In the rare event of complete service failure or non-delivery on our end (verified by our internal review), our team may at its sole discretion offer service credits, plan extensions, or alternative resolutions. Such resolutions, when granted, are not equivalent to a refund.
Our team operates 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST. If payment is made between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, our team remains offline during those hours. Onboarding and Google Meet scheduling will be processed once the team resumes operations after 9:00 AM.
Email your cancellation request to support@almostzero.io at least 72 hours before your renewal date. Include your registered email/phone number and order/subscription ID. Our team will confirm cancellation within 24 business hours.
